This data pack allows several entities to have the functionality of the jeb_ sheep, yes, you can make other mobs named jeb_ also change color.
These are the mobs that can have the rainbow effect currently:
↳ Cat
↳ Wolf
↳ Parrot
↳ Axolotl
↳ Shulker
↳ Rabbit
If you remove the name "jeb_" from the mob, don't worry, if you regret putting the name tag or just made a mistake, if you remove the name jeb_ from the mob, it will return to its original color.
remember to use OptiFine together with the resource pack for everything to work properly!

This is cool! Tried it in 1.19 and it seems to work on some things it's supposed to, but not all of them. Cat and dog collars work, but don't seem to display the full rainbow spectrum. Axolotls seems to work perfectly! (so cool!) The shulker doesn't work (unless I am doing it wrong... I couldn't figure out a way to nametag it and simply changed its name in an anvil). Rabbit & Parrot doesn't work.
I was mainly wanting to get the shulker to work, so bummed. Nice work though!
progressive datapackI was also planning to update the data pack soon. While I add the new stuff, I will take the opportunity to see if there are any bugs that prevent the data pack from working.
