You think you can make the "Range" enchantment? that is very hard with data packs. data packs can't even have enchantments, so you must create fake enchantments

Hrrr... Not sure. Dullness would basically just be putting the target under a level of weakness every second... And Light Weight would be increasing attack speed? But range might be harder.
