(sorry for that thumbnail xdddd bbh win skeppy lose)
So there's this site called "Minecraft-Max.net". This site is just OpenSea, but instead of NFTs, they sell skins, texture packs and mods, instead of real money, they use in-site currency "Emeralds", which you can bought, find through the site and/or invite your friends.
PROBLEMS OF THIS SITE.
PART 1: STOLEN
This site (or may be the members) STOLE skins, packs and/or mods from others, mostly PMC. How that so? Well, take a look at MJ_mcMaster and ZappyGru's skins. You can/could find them in this site! "But Soap, they might upload it from PMC to this holy site!" . Nope, this unholy site stole skins from them (check their wall post). The worst part is, the authors (except for texture pack) is known as Unknown, aka Anonymous! We do not know who and why they do that, but probably for money.
PART 2: EXPLANATION/THEORIES
The owner might be Russian-Latvian, because the site available for English, Russian, and Latvian. Users that signed in on this site, was (mostly) also Russians and Latvians. So the owner might invite his' friends/families to join his site, until the site noticed by plenties.
PART 3: HOW TO AGAINST THEM?
First, put "Don't stole this content please" in your submission. This is a good idea but not quite effective.
Second, report this Max.net thing, but if you can do it specifically, report stolen skins. Further info.
Third, never buy their products.
The last, but not least, don't join that site/stealing content and post it anywhere else. It's a bad idea. We have this thing called copyright strike. It's not the owner's fault though, but we don't know. (Don't spam them, it's not nice you know :[ )
(fun fact: I supposed to be the news reporter)

The "MJ_mcMaster" Halo skin is by @Squidster237, please check him out!
The creator is credited on there, but looking further onto the pack page, they already have an explanation up and running of WHY they stole it and WHY they didn't tell you about it LOL. "We didn't contact you because our 3D stuff isn't running so we couldn't show you to understand". Yeah as if displaying my stolen work make things good now.
They try to compensate one with on page emeralds, so if you tell them its yours and they stole it, they won't be taking things down, but instead give you emeralds...which are just a kind of cookie clicker on that website.
They pay you in cookie clicker ways. Imagine Mojang hiring their staff for emeralds... oof.
