This website lets you update your pack.mcmeta's pack_format number automatically, with as many packs as you want!
I find it annoying that Mojang changes the pack_format number after every small change, and it's very inconvenient to change it manually for all your packs. Using this website, just upload all the packs you want to update, type in the pack_format number you want to use, and then click download.
This website doesn't change any assets or update files. All it changes is the pack_format number in pack.mcmeta. You can find what pack_format number you should use here

I used jszip to unzip the pack file, then edited the contents of the pack.mcmeta as json, then rezipped it up
