Bring back the "Most Diamonded" search option for submissions.

Simple request, I remember there used to be a most diamonded submissions tab, but now it's gone, and all the other options really don't help you find good blogs. "Best" is mainly the views, and all the others have nothing to do with diamonds, so I think it should be added back, or just added if my memory is failing and there never was one.
