This is the Chinese Vocaloid Haiyi who is the little sister of Stardust, aka Xingchen.

She is a private Vocaloid I think and she doesn’t really have an official illustration other than a t-pose thing that I won’t use here, so I’m using the second best thing which is one of ATDAN-'s amazing illustrations of Haiyi :D
