so uh for this pmc contest the theme is 2121 right? then I remembered I had designed two characters who were set in tokyo 2121 as part of an irl friend's project so I thought it was perfect lol

this is Kira, I think she’s a leader of a subsection of the resistance resisting against this sheriff, the leader of the city, who probably ruled evilly. I don’t really know why he’s being resisted against but yeah that’s what my friend's story had for this world

also that's a red spider lily tattoo on her leg :p

she also rides a motorcycle and that’s when she has her visor activated
