Here is Eyeless Jack from Creepy Pasta
No one knows what is under his blue mask. However, there is black liquid oozing from the eyeholes of his mask. If you look at him even closer, you'll see that he has NO EYES.
He is a serial killer, and he likes to feast on the flesh of his victims, preferably KIDNEYS. He can even surgically remove one and keep the victim alive for his next visit. Read up on CreepyPasta website for the story!
