Hello,
this is a slag pot carrier used in metal industry for transporting large buckets with molten slag to a dump site.
Slag is a waste product building up in the blast furnace when for example iron ore is refined. It basically is everything "not iron" in the iron ore. It has to be removed from the furnace every once in a while to not jam the furnace and ensuring an efficient ore refining process.
