This adds the Dendro Shaman origin, a versatile mage adept at supporting themselves and other allies. As in Genshin Impact (the source for inspiration for this origin), you gain control over an element that can react with the environment. Besides this, you have other skills also best at supporting others.

Positives ✅

- Thorny Magic: Dealing damage with splash potions or Thorns-enchanted armor will apply Dendro to enemies - the namesake of the origin.
- Cycle of Life: Mobs affected by Dendro will spread grass at their corpse on death and drop some Gaia Dust, which functions as better bonemeal.
- Thorn Shield: Entities who hit you will rarely get hit back and gain Dendro.
- Tender Care: When you use bonemeal, it'll be far more effective at a 25% chance.
- Transmutation: You can turn red mushrooms into crimson fungi and flowers under corals while under the effect of the Growth reaction.

Neutrals ⚙️

- Elemental Mark: Players affected by Dendro will receive a vine vignette at the edge of the screen. (requires the resource pack. texture done by IllegalArgExc, thanks! <3)
- Elemental Energy: You have a Dendro Energy bar, which fills when you're exposed to the sun and decays when you aren't. The higher this bar is, the higher is the chance for Thorn Shield to activate.
- Elemental Reactions: When an entity affected by Dendro steps in water, starts burning, or enters powder snow, Dendro will be removed to gain a different status.
  - Burning 🔥: Doubles fire damage, expires when the target is extinguished.
  - Growth 💧: Regenerates health quickly, expires when the target leaves water.
  - Wither ❄️: Drains health quickly, expires when the target leaves powder snow.
- Overgrowth: Regeneration, Poison and Wither last 2x as long.
- Plant-Like: You can only eat bonemeal, restoring hunger at the cost of some health. Sunlight will slowly regenerate your HP, even if hunger isn't full.

Skills 📝

- Connect (Primary): When holding either vines, corals, or flowers, you can use this ability to change your Secondary skill.
- Gaia's Light (Secondary): Cast one of the following skills, depending on Connect's state.
  - Grappling Vines: Vines emerge from the ground to root enemies affected by Dendro, freezing them in place for a few seconds. (Vine Connection)
  - Nectar Shot: Shoot a honey comb that shatters on hit, applying Dendro to everything near the impact. (Flower Connection)
  - Sap Magic: Drain Dendro from the target entity, recovering some Dendro Energy. (Coral Connection)

Cons ❌

- Wooden Heart: You take double damage from burning.
- Vine-like Arms: You can't use bows or crossbows, and you mine slower.
- Withering Plant: When low on Dendro Energy, you'll gain Slowness & Weakness.
- Bound Magic: You can't wear armor better than chainmail, as it will interrupt your magic.
