I never liked the new model for the horse & there aren't many packs that try to fix it. One in particular pack attempted it (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/old-horses-in-1-13-1-14), but there were some flaws I noticed with that pack. Using that pack as a base, i tried to fix the flaws I saw with that pack.

Since optifine is taking a year and a half to fully release, I decided to fix the pack.
-Fixed the Heads
-Fixed Baby Horse legs
-Fixed Saddles/Rein
-Gave Horses more accurate (to pre1.13) legs
-Removed the leg bit of Horse armor model (Until optifine allows for the modification of the horse armor model)
