Life in the steppes is very harsh.
There is no place for the weak here!

If you have a faithful horse, a sharp saber and courage, the great steppe will submit to you!

When creating this armor set, I was inspired by various nomadic tribes.

Become a cruel steppe robber, an honest shepherd, a noble Khan, or go on a journey with a group of Polovtsians.

There are many different weapons in the Custom NPC mod, but they are of poor quality. I replaced their textures with my own photoshop

Love the pack, and I really like how you were inspired by M&B!! Important question - why 1.7.10? Do you have future mods or maps planned for that version that coincide with your textures?? I would like to know, thanks.

Hi! I am very pleased with your interest. At the expense of 1.7.10, it turned out quite funny. For a long time I didn't have a very powerful laptop, and therefore 1.7.10 worked best for me. But during this time I have collected just a huge number of skins for Custom NPCs. Divided them into genres, folders, and so on. I recently upgraded my laptop to a more powerful one. The problem now is that new versions of Custom NPCs don't see my skins. And for my cards, I need a lot of my skins.

Now to the account of the cards. Yes, in my spare time I create a map of the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms of the early Middle Ages. The map itself is ready, many cities and villages have been created. But the problem is as follows. First is the language. The names of the items, the future dialogues of the NPCs will be in Russian, I don't know English very well, secondly, to add realism, I changed the textures of some mods in my own way (Paintings, added a mod for food and drink and changed the textures in it, also changed the textures of weapons in Custom npc) In order for everything to work organically, players will have to download my modified mods, and this is not very convenient. So now I'm thinking how to optimize all these problems and then I'll take on quests. The map is likely to be a sandbox, like Mount and blade, with an endless plot.

Can't wait to see how your new map turns out. Personally, I enjoy the simplicity of 1.7.10, especially how it holds up against the sophistication of the more modern versions. Do you ever plan on projects beyond the Middle Kingdoms? I have been planning an AZW (Anglo Zulu War mod for M&B) themed minecraft map/addon for a while now.

Oh, this is really a very interesting topic!

I remember watching the movie Zulu Dawn, 1979. He made an impression on me. I think I can help as much as I can. I can't promise what will happen, but I will try to create several types of armor when I have free time. However, as you have already understood, my works will be based on 1.7.10, and I do not know if they will go to newer versions.

But I'm a layman in creating maps. I work well in mcedit, but this work is already done on the generated world. Create maps from scratch (For example in worldpainter) I can't.

I would love to see something of yours AZW themed. However I really like your submissions and I'm sure whatever you do whether old or modern will come out nicely. Goodluck :)
