After some talk with Ragox on the Minecraft Forums he handed over the texture pack to me. I updated it from about the 1.2 updates, but without Ragox it never would of been completed. All together these are the workers.

Lead Creator: FadingThrower
Old Creator: Ragox
Skin Creations: (Majority) ShoeBerryPie and (Minority) FadingThrower

Here is the info from my Minecraft forums data!

This new pack includes:

Skins for villagers and spiders
Updated Terrain.png (Or all blocks) for all blocks
Full game compatibility (Everything will show up even if it is not modified yet)
All menus modified to the Morrowind style menu (Enchanting table looks a bit different)
Added new Art Images (Some have been left the same)
Enchanting Tables have a new look
Chests have a new look
Bows are now a fire spell
The Big Bread that I used as a cake has been fixed and now looks better
Windows are now fixed
New map markers have been added
New explosion images have been added
Particles have been updated

What will be done and important notes:

Village Golems will be Ogres
Dragons will be a giant Cliff Racer (As Dragons were not found in Morrowind and Cliff Racers were just as big of a pain in the ass)
Chickens will remain the same as they cannot really be modified to anything
Cats will be SOMETHING, however what that is has not been determined yet
