Updated June 8, 2021 with more textures!
My ARMS & ARMOR pack is a fresh take on the traditional Minecraft textures. Drawing inspiration from other dark fantasy worlds, this pack provides textures with more detail and will look great in your medieval worlds while maintaining play-ability (gold armor is immediately recognizable as gold armor for example). This pack contains only Arms & Armor textures which makes it easy to pair with a builder's pack of your choosing or to simply enhance your look while building with the vanilla block textures.
The ARMS & ARMOR pack also includes damaged item textures (Optifine not-required), tool and weapon variants as well as light and heavy variants for all armor types (Optifine Required). These variant item and armor textures are accessible by renaming those items at an anvil. For example, renaming your Diamond Helmet to include "Heavy" somewhere in the name will change the texture to the heavy variant, renaming your leather boots to include the word "Light" will change the texture to the light variant, renaming your Diamond Sword to include "Katana" will change the texture to the katana variant, etc. Any naming conventions that do not include a variant identifier will use the standard texture.
The following armor variants are currently available (Optifine Required):
Helmet: Light, Heavy, Crown
Chestplate: Light, Heavy
Leggings: Light, Heavy
Boots: Light, Heavy
The following weapon and tool variants are currently available (Optifine Required):
Sword: Dagger, Katana
Shovel: Pitchfork
Pickaxe: Hammer
Axe: Battleaxe
Hoe: Sickle
New in v1.3
Updated the Java code to allow for more flexible naming conventions!
Cleaned and polished the Iron, Gold, and Diamond textures to make them shinier!
Increased the 'noise' and 'grime' on the Stone tools to help distinguish them from Iron.
Added custom textures for all books, bottles/potions, dyes, soups/stews, and tipped arrows.
Added custom textures for the nametag, totem of undying, lead, and spectral arrow.
Want more cool textures? Check out my Expanded Edition here! It includes custom textures for crafting tables, torches, lanterns, chains, stained glass, sun, moon, and skies!
I cover more detail and showcase every texture from the pack in the videos below:

Are the varient tool textures, light armor textures, standard armor textures, and heavy armor textures completely replacing the original textures, or are they new items? Like could you have a server that has both pickaxes and hammers (by renaming a pickaxe to be a hammer), but they have the same stats and all?
And, where is the bedrock edition download?
Also, on the images, when it's showing the tools, varients, and broken textures, there's no iron set.
I'm working on updating the Bedrock versions now - should be ready by this weekend!
As for the images, PlanetMC limits me to 15, so I couldn't upload all of them. Also the image I'd labeled "Stone" actually was the "Iron" - so I fixed that label.
