This pack was designed to make some of minecraft's dull, harsh, or repetitive textures just a little better. Many of the polished blocks, or blocks with a hard outer border, have been tweaked to remove that border (in the default pack). The pack also adds color/ brightness variation in brick and stone brick textures. Some of the redstone type blocks have also had small texture changes to show block direction. The pack also includes variation in tools, ores, better grass textures, round log tops, a few tweaked mob textures, and even a few connected textures (using OptiFine ctm) in polished blocks and more for the OptiFine tweaked pack. There are even subtle changes like the darkening of dark oak leaves, better shading on copper and raw ore textures. I have even started to work on some item model updates, such as torch and lantern hand-item models, and making chains fully 3D.The HUD and in-game UIs have also been updated with numbering the hotbar, new crosshair, DARK UI, and more. The Java pack has variated texture in blocks such as bricks and ores. PLEASE leave any texture suggestions especially now that 1.20 has released.

Their are two available packs for Java, the standard pack with full side grass and no borders on polished blocks, and a "B/LG" pack that has the low side grass and borders on polished blocks. The pack available to download on this page will be the standard pack, and the OptiFine ("B/LG") pack can be downloaded from the MediaFire link. The MediaFire link is also a pack selector for older versions, or Bedrock downloads.

A bedrock version of the pack, and an only glass texture pack (glass seen in default pack) can be found on my MCPEDL page linked HERE or in the alternative download link (due to bedrock engine and design limitations, not all texture changes for Java may be available). There are now Border-Lower Grass (B/LG) and dark GUI subpacks for bedrock which has the same textures as the OptiFine tweaked pack.
