This texturepack doesn't change all of the blocks, but makes the game look better. It makes animals look sweeter and changes blocks look finer.
Example, The Creepers smiles and almost all neutral mobs are surprisingly cute. I'm sure that using this texturepack nobody cordial person couldn't kill a sheep, a pig, a snow golem, a chicken, a cat or even a cow.
