Add block transitions to your world with this pack. Such as transitions like grass to a desert or the surface into a cave

What's New
Now there's only 1 pack that works for both old and new versions
Now Mycelium and Podzol! (I could not add podzol to old versions because its property is dirt:/)

How to install

-Requires Optifine
-Go to folder and in the top, type in %appdata%
-Go to .minecraft then resourcepacks
-Put in the pack foulder
-Your good 2 go!

Please report any glitches or missing textures in the comments.
Please comment what you think I should add to the pack.
Feel free to use any textures.

I would have liked it if you also connected the dirt to the grass. That just makes sense.

Well sort of but the leaves don't match but you can take the textures from the old pack and replace the textures in the new pack with them, then yes It should work
