According to the description on Skindex, this was originally intended to be an entry for Skin Fight. The description also says that I tried out dithering after seeing other skinmakers/artists use dithering (like Prince Ren and Mellie).
Note: Looking back on this, I feel like I overdid the dithering on this skin, haha.
