I used to be really interested in lil tiger sweater vests but its been a minute and it looks like it'll never happen so

Its been a while. I haven't wanted to make skins or do art v much because tbh it makes me nervy to think abt it but here I am! I've tried to make the infamous tiger vest a few times before but it always came out stinky but... this ones okay.
