If you mean overlay details that make the shift of bigger layer's pixels play out on a skin then it's just a redactor thing and every post 1.8 (or 1.9) skin file has overlay zone for texturing. Combine the base layer and overlay that form interesting details with particular angles.
Or if it's just about this exact skin's details then haha I'm sure with practise it's possible to do those way better than I can now
