This monstruous form is a necessary step in Shadow Zibonzi's plan, and requires an extremely high level of merging (84%).

It greatly alters Shadow Zibonzi's regular appearance, as nothing is really left from his usual form. However, this horrible mode has a lot of humongeous advantages, that cannot be passed upon.

First of, this form inverts the protections acquired with Commander of the Horde: the Lurking Manipulator is totally immune to ranged attacks and extremely resistant to melee ones. Furthermore, this new form gives more Sculk powers than before, as expected from a higher merging level. The various eyes that are embodied in the armor can be used to control anyone that is in the eye's field of perception. The gigantic eye that serves as a head enhances the vision of the Lurking Manipulator to the point that everything seems to be going in slow motion around him. That way, every move can be perceived and predicted. The tentacles that serves as hands can be extended and are nearly indestructible. The main eye can also shoot a ray of Sculk energy that can instantly corrupt any non-humanoid creature, and that cause great harm to humanoids. This mode has two other great skills: the first on is an "in-built" immortality totem. If the user dies or is destroyed, the Lurking Manipulator regenerates in a split second and gives a second chance to keep fighting or running away. Ultimately, this form's last skill is to fully control a target. When the latter is confirmed, the Lurking Manipulator's user melts and fuses with the target, that becomes it's new body until the mode is dropped or the parasite wants to leave. If the new body is killed, the Manipulator is ejected but doesn't die. The Manipulator may suicide it's target, but that prevents it from taking another body until a new use of the mode.
