helloo! entry for MaltyOtter's jam!
I completely forgot I needed to make it an OC... so I sort of made it more like a persona design?
I also don't know how to make animal skins right now, so I made it a shirt with an otter pixel art, the blue is kinda the ocean.
Btw I haven't uploaded a skin in 2 weeks... I've been trying but my motivation meter varies so much :'D
