This is what I created for my entry in the Pirate's Life skin contest. I at first didn't have the tears in the jacket as well as I didn't have the torn up pants, just pants that were intact. For the next change, the pirate's sock was a bit more vibrant then I wanted it to be. I wanted to give the whole skin an older feeling to it so I made the sock a bit more dirty. I got inspiration from one of the types of maneuverable wooden legs that pirates used to have back in the old days. I hope you enjoyed what I've created!
Backstory:
Scurvy jones used to be the first mate of the feared pirate captain known as Sinister the Keel-Hauler. He was loyal as can be to his captain as well as his entire crew. However, after he was accused of taking more than his share of treasure, he was left behind by his whole crew. Even Sinister the Keel-Hauler was devastated in him. He was castaway into the sea where he was beaten upon shores of molten rock until he ended up in a harbor on the coast of England, passing through the strait of Dover. He was then caught by the monarch's men in the city of Dover, soon after, sent to prison. His left leg was amputated due to the infections on his severe wounds after getting swept by the sea, later becoming generously replaced with a wooden one. After serving his time locked up in a cold, dark, and moist prison cell, he had a tough rest of his life sleeping in pubs, in alleyways, and getting drunk to evade his depressed thoughts. Never able to enjoy the experience of piracy or sailing across the vast oceans ever again.
