Rowan, a 14-year-old Girl from Cody, climbed Mount Ebott in search for the other missing humans and hunted every corner of the Underground for them. She was wearing her Halloween costume from 3 months ago, and took her father's revolver 3 days before the hike, and went on to kill several monsters after hearing each of the previous fallen humans outside of the first were killed by Asgore. Eventually, she was stopped by the Royal Guard, and her Soul was given to Asgore after the fact, with her items having been dropped into a river, and flowed all the way into the Waterfall Dump.

In life, Rowan was known to be social, creative, loving, and talkative towards her friends and family, but quite impulsive and prone to aggression when angered. The bandana she wears in this skin was a gift from her best friend Akio, the Soul of Kindness and a different fallen human who fell (and died) a few months to a year before her. Had both of them lived, she would have later admitted her feelings to him, and the two would had became an official, married couple.
