Let me tell you something, around 1.5 years ago, I saw a texture pack, a rather unoriginal pack, but soooo well made! I used this texture pack all the times. This texture pack was called "Pokecraft", originally made by "RileyVace".
PokeCraft were abandoned for a long time now, the last version was compatible with v.1.3.1 (Beta) - but finally, Vace has told us that they're updating for 1.4.7! allow me to quote:

I'm very, very proud of this skin, especially the hair. (If you didn't know, for skinners the hair is EVIL!!!!) And the pants, and almost the whole body, to be honest. This skin was based on his profile picture, you will find all the stuff in below!
