Just Larry.

Basically, a comically aware housecats snuggled a bunch of celestial creatures to bring them back together, then the housecat released some of the resultant positive energy to Larry. Classic Doom Patrol shenanigans.

Positive Man here isn't so much hosting a positive spirit as much as he is the positive spirit.
