If it wasn't for the really dark outlining on the face, this wouldn't be too bad at all. All those dark lines on the back creates an metallic effect because of all the highlights without anything that connects the dark to the light. I do not think the hair should be this metallic. Some places I'd like some lightsourcing to seperate some parts, for instance the vest and the trousers.
