Phillip Graves is a veteran of US Special Operations, and acting leader of Shadow Company, a private military organization formerly overseen by General Herschel Shepherd.
He was tasked to work alongside SAS Task Force: 141, assisting the unit in missions throughout Las Almas, Al-Mazrah, and the Gulf of Mexico. This alliance would falter, during a friendly fire incident in Las Almas, Mexico.
In the events of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (2023), Graves serves a supporting role in the single-player campaign, and Warzone 2.
