I tried experimenting with making a skin from scratch. i think it turned out pretty well! i'll post the outfit on its own at some point.

The OC is somewhat new. The current idea is that he is the Ruler of Gossip- any rumor being passed, he knows. and he has the ability to make it true or not. it's still experimental, so i'll update this once i get better ideas.
