This is my new OC, Tallie the smol skittle witch child <:
She's part of a trio of OCs my friends are working on~
And there will actually be a story and possibly a comic so?? woo
The dress and hair took so long to make on this and her design is so jam packed with detail that this was one of the hardest skins I've made
but for some reason I have this thing for overly detailing my skins atm so yaY

Traits: She is very immature and childish, as one would expect. However she can be very mischievous and cunning, using her sweet demeanor to get what she wants. Most of the time she will put up an innocent facade in front of people who irritate her, but sometimes just gets her kicks from annoying them. She is a huge sucker for sweets, especially candy, and absolutely refuses to eat an adequately healthy meal most of the time. She is super talkative and it rubs most people the wrong way. Tallie definitely enjoys annoying Eve when rules that she dislikes are put into effect. Most of the time she is very cheerful but she tends to have an overly pessimistic view of life. At heart she really is just a little kid who doesn't understand much, but with proper guidance, she can be a good child~
