So this is Neptune. She was actually the first one I designed out of the bunch but since I was going by the order of the planets she didn't take the limelight for a while. I made her with just keeping blue in mind because I wanted to try to see if I could make a fully blue skin and make it a color series instead. I think I'll make another series after this one but I'll give myself more to work with so they won't turn out so flat. Enjoy!
