third costume party skin!

the outfit for this is based on a phoenix, even brought back the fire wings I made once before for this but I did make the colors brighter and more yellow so it didn’t blend into the top

Clues:
- Chose to do a phoenix costume cuz the character liked red
- It actually lists ice as one of the likes as well
- She is fierce yet loyal

also those "shoes" are supposed to be barefoot sandals (had to look up the name of this type of footwear lol)
