Kamen Rider Kiva (仮面ライダーキバ) is the primary rider of Kamen Rider Kiva.

A shy young man named Wataru Kurenai (紅渡) secretly a half Fangire, and transforms into Kamen Rider Kiva by partnering with the bat-like creature Kivat Bat III (キバットバットⅢ世).

Kiva form (キバフォーム) is the base form of Kamen Rider Kiva, accessed by having Kivat bite down on Wataru's hand, awakening the demonic power within him and manifesting the Kivat Belt (キバットベルト). Wataru then places Kivat upside-down on the belt, completing the transformation.

This form specializes in hand-to-hand combat, and can be further enhanced by using the whistle-like devices called Fuestles (フエッスル) to activate finishing attacks, summon allies or equip Arm Monsters.

• Kiva Persona (キバ・ペルソナ): The head that consists of various organs that can gather information. It is made from a metal obtained from the demon world called Lucifer Metal, and its durability is comparable to diamond. The user's head is protected from sudden impact of up to 120 tons, and the life-support system allows Kiva to operate underwater.
• Guardian Crown (ガーディアンクラウン): The red bat-shaped armor on the forehead. It is a guard plate that protects the Demon Emperor Stone embedded in the center. It is dyed scarlet due to the stone's power.
• Demon Emperor Stone (Emerald) (魔皇石（碧石）): Power stones embedded in the forehead and his limbs. They amplify the demonic power possessed by those who wear the Kiva armor. It is a precious jewel that is unobtainable in the human realm. Due to its ability to amplify demonic power, it needs to be restrained to prevent an explosion of energy.
• Crown Sonar (クラウンソナー): Kiva's crown. The mighty power of the demon king amplified by the Demon Emperor Stones dyed the armor scarlet. They can emit ultrasonic waves, and by using echolocation, it allows Kiva to perceive his surroundings even when he cannot see. Using echolocation, Kiva can accurately determine the location of the enemies behind him, with a radius of 5000 m.
• Wild Nose (ワイルドノーズ): An olfactory device that has the sense of smell comparable to a dog's. Kiva can track down the trail of a Fangire by scent.
• Omni Lens (オムニレンズ): The eyes. They can obtain visual information from 220 degrees forward and 500 m away, and they also have an X-ray function that allows Kiva to see through a steel plate with a thickness of 10 m. They also have a built-in nanoscope that allows Kiva to see microscopic objects as small as bacteria.
• Omni Phone (オムニフォン): The ears. The sensitivity is adjusted according to the user's will, and if they are raised to its maximum sensitivity, they can even distinguish the sound of a needle falling 3 km away.
• Gao Crusher (ガウ・クラッシャー): The mouthplate, which consists of sharp metal fangs made from polished Lucifer Metal. The jaws have a strength of 1.2 t, and can bite through a steel ball that is 8 cm in diameter. An air purifier is installed inside to decompose and purify all toxins. Even in a vacuum, it can take in and refine the substances necessary for respiration from matter that exists in that space.
• Darkness Choker (ダークネス・チョーカー): A necklace made in the shape of a legendary demon's face, favored by those with power amongst the monsters. Certain low-ranking monsters are excited upon viewing this necklace.
• Bloody Lung (ブラッディラング): The chestplate, which is where Kiva stores his power. It is dyed scarlet from the accumulated power of the demon king, and sends the power throughout the body via the Blood Vessels.
• King Singlet (キングシングレット): The silver armor and the collar that protects Kiva's body. It function as a restraint that suppresses the outburst of demonic power. The Lucifer Metal is coated with Trisylvanian Silver, a special substance that can suppress the outburst of power.
• Doran Mail (ドランメイル): The durable undersuit made from tanned black dragon leather. It protects the user from extreme conditions such as scorching heat and extreme cold. It is difficult to injure with the bullets and blades that exists in this world.
• Catena (カテナ): The sealing chains. The Lucifer Metal is coated with Trisylvanian Silver, and the surface is engraved with a seal to doubly suppress the outburst of power in the Ptera Plate. They are wrapped around the shoulders and the right leg armor.
• Ptera Plate (Shoulders) (プテラ・プレート（肩）): The shoulder pads that suppresses the increased power of Kiva. The demon king power within Wataru is immeasurable, and can exert enough power to cause Kiva to self-destruct. In order to protect Kiva from his own power, the plates suppresses his power.
• King Brace (キングブレス): A pair of bracelets that amplifies the demonic power with the embedded red Demon Emperor Stones. The stones' power amplifies Kiva's powers several times, giving him superhuman strength. A Trisylvania coating is applied to control the power.
• Blood Vessel (ブラッドベッセル): The energy path for distributing Kiva's power throughout the body. With the Kivat Belt being the core, the demon king's power is efficiently distributed.
• Sylvania Knee Guard (シルバニア・ニーガード): The knee pads. While protecting the knees, it also functions as a resistor to control the demonic power that flows into the toes.
• Hell's Gate (ヘルズゲート): The right leg armor tightly sealed with Trisylvania Silver plates and restrained with chains. Known as the "gates of hell", when Kiva's fighting spirit reaches its peak and the forbidden sound of the Wake Up Fuestle, the restraints are released.
• Balancer Anklet (バランサー・アンクレット): The left leg anklet. The right leg is tightly sealed with the Hell's Gate, so to maintain the same power level, the anklet increases power to the point it can unleash a kick with a power of 8 t.
