This is Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th, Part 7: The New Blood.
I have always been a major fan of the Friday the 13th series since I was a little kid, and it was this slasher series that opened my interests to horror and gore stuff.
Part 7 is my favorite film in the franchise because it introduces Kane Hodder, who I feel really established the jason mannerisms for good, and because the film does a great job of bringing a decent challenge to Jason. The design is also the best in my opinion.
