Here is my Villain:
Based on the meme "is this a pigeon?"
Looks can be deceiving.
This mastermind commits many crimes around towns
and countless cities, always getting away, always
being mistaken for the superhero, Pigeon,
the butterfly's rival.
Pigeon is now being accused of Butterfly's crimes
hoping that one day Butterfly will be caught
