Contest entry for canday's Wheel Skin Contest
I don't know what he is either. But he looks like a cute
little froglet-humanoid boyo with a fish stuck on his head, and he's vibin.
My theme was "aquatic" btw, so he's meant to look like an aquatic amphibian
with the tail, fish hat, and green skin, while wearing swimming
shorts, sandals,teen and an open button up shirt. So no, he's not Shrek.
The tail was also an experiment so please tell me what you think of it.
