This is Kakarot, better known as Goku. He was sent from his home planet of Vegeta to Earth on a mission to exterminate every living thing on the planet. This plan goes wrong after falling down a ravine and hitting his head. After that, Goku went on to become the savior of not only Earth but other planets too. To this day Goku is still growing stronger with every passing minute on his journey to become the strongest martial artist in the universe.
