reign is a polearm user, who specifically uses a scythe and comes from snezhnaya. he has an electro vision and a pyro delusion. he works with the fatui and is technically employed by them, but prefers not to be recognised as a member, as he views it purely as business. he does enjoy befriending and annoying everyone in the organisation and then more. he occasionally dawns his mask for "anonymity" (it looks like a demon of sort i guess) but mostly wears it as part of his delusion. his eye is red due to overuse of his delusion, but he's become much more cautious with it now. he has the ability to massively increase the size of his scythe (similar to that in soul eater) and teleportation ((i havent figured out his exact elemental abilities yet lol)
