um well tbh i think a good way is making skins of recent memes or trends which will likely bring more people to your content. idk if that would work but it might??
also making lots of fanskins/entering lots of contests may also bring people to your work

also practising and trying new styles, colours and skin types is a great way to improve! you may not even notice but you will improve quickly--not that you aren't already ^^
