It may not be bonnie, but scott has said that the original bonnie gave him nightmares, the others were not as scary to him. I think scott made him the assumed main character to show that he finds bonnie the scariest. for anyone reading this that doesn't know, scott is the creator of the FNaF merchandise.

It's Bonnie the Bunny. in the teaser, Bonnie gives you a menacing look after the text He always comes back. and that golden thing is bonnie, just without paint and in bad disrepair.
