well if you match up the colors of the skin with the background, then it appears invissible(sorry spelling sucks)
then just add a desgin such as the thing i did with the creeper ghost
finally upload the skin to planetminecraft BUT WAIT!!!!

DO NOT FULLY UPLOAD IT UNTIL THE COLOR MATCHES THE BACKGROUND other wise itll look like u failed lol
