I've had an idea for skin like this for a long long time; cracked pulsating heart, ungiven rose and tears falling down the face while drenched in the rain. I understand it looks similar to one of dds skins but I've had this idea for a while and wasn't at a high enough skill level and mood to execute it earlier.
