Dr.Chris's Back-story:
In 1994 He was born in a society of war (alternative universe). Through out of his younger life he was trained to become a deadly assassin. He killed many enemies till the age of 21 when the wars ended, this is when he left his assassin days behind and trained to become a world famous scientist over many years. By the age of 35 Dr.Chris performs an experiment on him self to make him immortal. The experiment works but destroys his face. He tries many different solutions to restore his face but in another experiment he causes his face to become invisible, except his eyes (which are turned red). This is the reason why he wheres his mask.
Through out the rest of his immoral life he tries to protect Innocent civilians even though his main tactic of all guns blazing can sometimes backfire and cause more deaths than lives saved, but he always looks on the positive side and says as long as he has saved a life then it was a successful day.
Some people could see him as a villain, others see him as a useless hero, but at the end of the day he tries to save lives.

His favorite weapon is the Spaz 12.
