Fallen was a Leader of a small stand alone city that was founded by his father.
its was small but flourishing. The citizens of the city were good Marksmen/ Swordsmen.
One day while out of town to pay for the resources for the City, a larger clan of anarchists came trough and slaughtered every citizen of the city. When Fallen had gotten back to see the blood bath of his beloved city, he was enraged. Not knowing what was happening he gained the power of a legendary Trident and seeked to kill the Clan that had destroyed his City. He managed to kill half of the clan including the leader before realizing what he was doing. Fallen returned to the ruins of his city. His small castle had little damage, and lived there, Once the CONIDAE learned of his power, they came searching for him, They found him and recruited him, He has the ability to Change the weather and Bend water, As well as being a Master of the Sword and Gun. Fallen will only kill his Foe if it is necessary. The only time he has been able to use 100% of his magic was when he was reminded of his past. Every foe he fought that day had died to his hands. The CONIDAE works to help him learn to control all of his power for the greater good. Out side of the CONIDAE, Fallen Slowly rebuilds his fallen city as an attraction for people to see what his beutiful city once looked like.
