This skin was actually inspired by someone I saw the other day at the mall. Their outfit and hairstyle was too cool to not recreate, so I did it lol :P

I altered the appearance of the person themself though because it felt a bit creepy making sort of a fan skin of some random person without asking first

I'm not sure if it was albinism or not, but they did have white hair! At least some of it was dyed since it faded to blue at the ends, but it looked cool whatever the cause for the color :>
