It has been 100 years since the Dwarf and the Spaceman, Minecraftiao s Mightiest Heroes, disappeared without a trace allowing the evil that is Israphel to cast his sinister shadow, blanketing the once lush lands with his cursed sands and claiming it as his own.


With its last hope gone Minecraftia was defenceless against Israphelo s coming apocalypse. The Skylords, Dwarves and Wizards tried to mount a defence against his overwhelming forces but without the Heroes to lead them they were quickly defeated, crushed beneath the evil overlord's heel.


Those few soldiers and villagers who managed to survive rallied together and fled across the biomes to escape Ispraphelo s wrath but the consuming sands were too fast and the face of Minecraft was changed forever. Now all that is left are a few pockets of civilization scattered across the eternal desert, the air too thin to breathe so communities are now forced to take shelter in glass biome-domes filled with the last few remains of Minecraftiao s flora and fauna. They act as oasiso s in a sea of sand, a barren wilderness that is only inhabited by Israphelo s evil undead forces and the bandit Sandlords.


Rising out of what was left of the Skylords and Dwarven races and a new force started to form, a cutthroat band of pirates and scoundrels called the Sandlords. Sailing through the vast deserts called o The Wasteo in dwarf made o sandskiftso the Sandlords search for riches and trouble plundering what is left of the water and plant life strewn around the desert, fighting off other Sandlords and Israphelo s army to claim his prize whatever the risk.


Captain Jack Scarlett is one such Sandlord, commander of the sandskift Hourglass and scourge of the Seven Dunes. He sails through wasteland with his crew of dwarves, humans and testificates, only ever pulling into civilian port to sell his goods and restock his ship. Like all those that choose to travel outside of the biome-domes he wears an oxygen tank and mask allowing him to breath in the thin desert air. He lost both his parents, lower legs and his left eye during one of Israphelo s Creeper attacks when he was a boy. He was lucky to have survived having been brought back from the brink of death by a potion of mud, feathers and golden apples and then had his legs replaced by dwarven build prosthetics that allow him to walk with relative ease but with a noticeable limp.


He is a ruthless captain and has been in many battles which have made him hard, but he respects his crew and treats them like family; well as much as someone like him could. He does not fear Israphelo s forces and seeks them out any chance he gets, maybe to avenge his parento s death or just because he knows they always have the best treasure, regardless these reckless attitude it has made him and his ship a tale of legendo ¦.

With Scarlett sails up and the wind at their back,
