for me at least i would tweak the skin shading. the darker parts of the arms look a little yucky. maybe try making the skin more yellow and then making the shading a lighter orange?

heres a quick change i made palette. Your current version looks really good compared to the first one.

EDIT: also maybe make the arm shading a different color than the mouth shading
