Okay this is a request from my girl Rachel and they gave me a reference in picture form and I tried to make the skin good but I really couldnt and this is how it turned out.

Also im trying a new palate and if you guys like it or not, feedback is appreciated.

It looks great, the only thing I'd change is the front of the hair under the hat layer, idk it just sticks out to me and doesn't look very good (with the sides and top of the hair, but it does look good with hat layer).
