[Glaciem] - General Information about the Server


Glaciem is a server founded in December 2013 to reunite the members of the former team Syolia. As this didn't happen as intended, Glaciem turned into a community for everyone. For the time of approximately 3 months, the build team Alerion was housed at our server until their disintegration. In this time, we met many new people, got into contact with them and made new friends. Those months were a very happy period for ourselves, but Alerion unfortunately disbanded in the consecution of growing inactivity and a lack of motivation in their rows. Today, we are just a community looking for talented and/or friendly people to expand the team.


On our server you will find a great community aswell as a very competent staff team to help you in any situation. Beside that you can participate in team projects and also start solo projects later on. Every sunday there is an event like a build-off or some minigame tournaments. We use several cool plugins like the MetaCycler or the NBTEditor to provide an interesting gameplay. If you became a Glaciem member, you'll gain access to almost any of our plugins.

[Glaciem] - Rank System

[Traveler] - Default Rank:
You arrive in the lands of Glaciem as a Traveler. Looking for a nice place to settle down. This Rank gives you permission to visit our project worlds and to build a guest-build or a trial-build in our 50x50 plotworld. For that you get permission to use basic World Edit

[Knight] - First Team Rank:
As a Knight you are a contributer to all our teambuilds. You start with small builds until you get enough experience and knowledge to build your own bigger parts there. Baisc World Edit skills are a must!
Knights can build in the project worlds and the plot worlds. To become a Knight you need to fill out an application form and build a trial-build in our plotworld. 

[Lord] - Second Team Rank:
You turn from Knight to Lord when you achived enough trust and experience. As a Lord you can build everyhwere, also in our freebuild world where you can create your private builds. Lords are an important poart of the team. They can plan their own structures in our projects, like terrain, villages etc.. All our Lords need to have advanced Voxelsniper and World Edit skills. 

[Esquire] - Trainee Rank:
If you still lack some important skills that we expect from a Knight the Esquire Rank is the right for you. As an Esquire you have enough time to practice and you will have advanced Members beside you, teaching and supporting you on your journey. But be aware - Esquires need a lot of motivation and need to be able to deal with criticism and learn from their own mistakes. Esquires don't need to do the "slave work". You will get advanced tasks in our projects depending on your current skill level. 

[Invitee] - Guest Rank:
Invitees are no Team Members. In most cases they are friends of our Members and get building permissions in several worlds for a certain amount of time. This is not a permanent rank. 

[Adept] - Staff Assistant Rank:

Adepts are choosen Lords who give personal support to one member of staff. Every staff member is allowed to choose one adept to assist him/her in their task pane. When it comes to building, Adepts have the same permissions and rights than every other Lord. 

[Imperialty] - Staff Rank:
Our Staff supports the team in every situation and in all needs. If you ever have a problem with the server, a project or another player talk to a member of Imperialty.
