Meet Frank, a very loyal and good boy. He's waiting for you to drop by at the Lunar event so he can play fetch. Just be warned, Frank is a bit of a durp but a very sweet little pup. You will find him right at the entrance of the area for the Dog builds. Frank might not be the strongest or most pretty dog there is, but at least... well it's Frank.
